Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

One of my favorite treats packs chocolate, fiber and omega 3’s all in one. Chocolate Chia Pudding is delicious for breakfast, snack or dessert. It boasts the antioxidant power of raw cacao and is sugar-free.


I have found that fiber has been key in breaking through those weight loss barriers. I recommend 35-45 grams of fiber per day and plenty of water to help clear the small intestine and carry out toxins.


Chocolate Chia Pudding

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup organic chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

  • stevia to taste

Mix ingredients in a jar and shake well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 8 servings.
