Heather's Ageless Shake Recipe

Blend the following each morning for a delicious, nutrient-rich morning shake that will keep your blood sugar stabilized, feeling fuller all day, and have you looking and feeling younger.
1/2 cup coconut milk, coconut water or other milk alternative
2 organic, pasture raised eggs
1 heaping teaspoon of organic ground flaxseed or Chia seed
1 tablespoon of organic raw almond butter
1 tablespoon organic cacao powder
1 tablespoon of organic cold-pressed, unrefined coconut oil
1 heaping tablespoon of organic bone broth collagen (or collagen peptides)
1/2 cup (or more, if preferred) of frozen organic blueberries (wild blueberries are best)
1-2 droppers of Spagyric greens by Energetix (can purchased at Heights Of Health)
1 handful of organic power greens
1 handful of organic kale
Organic stevia or monk fruit if you desire a sweeter shakeIce to taste.
