Immune Boosting Brownie Bites

Your kids would never guess that they have medicinal mushrooms in them!

5 minutes to mix, 30 min to refrigerate

Serving: 12 brownie bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Raw and Organic Almond Butter

  • 1/3 Cup Adaptive Cacao™ plus extra for coating the outside

  • 1/4 Cup Organic Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract

  • 2 tablespoons Organic Raw Hemp Hearts

  • 1⁄4 teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt

Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Add more nut butter, maple syrup or water if too dry; add more cacao if too moist. It should be the consistency of thick brownie batter.

  • Roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden.

  • Then, roll each ball in Adaptive Cacao to coat and refrigerate in a sealed container until ready to enjoy.

Suggestions:

You can also add and/or coat in unsweetened coconut, hemp hearts, or mini-chocolate chips. My teenage daughter likes these....that is a good sign!
