Does Manifestation Really Work? How Can I Harness That Energy?

 Tuning Your Energy: A Simple Manifestation Practice  

 Many people travel through life believing they are victims of the outcomes they are experiencing. This is false advertising! When thoughts, emotions, and energy line up, you stop manifesting by accident and start creating on purpose. 

Energy-focused researchers and teachers describe how intention and emotion can shift the body and brain into greater coherence, which often shows up as focus, resilience, and better outcomes in daily life. This is the essence of manifestation. When your inner world changes and stabilizes, your outer world begins to reorganize around that new energy. 

Spiritual and scientific approaches, like those associated with Dawson Church and Joe Dispenza, emphasize that repeating the same thoughts and emotions keeps you locked in the same reality, while practicing new, elevated emotions literally conditions your nervous system for a different future. Instead of waiting for results to finally feel grateful, you practice gratitude now and let that feeling lead your choices, behavior and the vibrational frequency you emit. Like attracts like. So, when you focus on what you want with a sense of ease and trust, rather than doubt and struggle, you come into alignment with it and stop blocking the very things you are asking for.  

The Have → Do → Get Flow 

A simple way to operationalize all of these ideas is in the paradigm Have → Do → Get. Most people live in the opposite direction. They wait to get the result before they allow themselves to have faith, confidence and happiness. The manifestation path asks you to reverse that order. 

In the Have phase, you choose to have faith, belief and anticipation in your desires before anything on the outside proves it to you. You practice holding the inner state of the person who already has what you want: the calm, the gratitude, the certainty, the relief. Even a few minutes a day of entering that feeling begins to tune your mind and body to a new normal. 

In the Do phase, you let your actions flow from that state, without forcing or pushing. You might do a short visualization, a page of journaling, a heart-breathing practice, or one small practical step your “future self” would naturally take. The key is that these practices feel light and aligned, not like desperate effort. You are acting from belief!  

In the Get phase, life starts to mirror back your new frequency. Ideas, insights, and opportunities that match your inner state begin to appear. Over time, those small shifts turn into visible outcomes—changes in relationships, work, health, money, or creative projects. At that point, what you “get” is no longer a random stroke of luck; it is the natural result of what you have been focusing on.  

Remember that you are a powerful creator. You CAN affect your life to manifest your very desires. Have faith and joy that they are on their way. Do the things to stay coherent and high vibration and watch yourself Get the life of your dreams.
