What made you choose this specialty?
When I was first trained in Mind Body Spirit Release® link: https://www.heightsofhealth.com/services/mind-body-spirit-release I remember looking at Tracy and saying, "I was made for this!!" I had been trained in other energy-healing modalities but nothing spoke to my soul more than Mind Body Spirit Release®. Over the past decade, I have seen such profound shifts in people I have worked with and almost every session my clients have their mind blown by the accuracy of the energetic blocks that were discovered. I absolutely love it!!!!

“How long have you been practicing?”
I have over 25 years of practicing energy healing work, but I have been at Heights of Health for 14 years. My background was Interpersonal Communications and Psychology, so I have always been drawn to interpersonal dynamics and helping people.
“Did you always know you wanted to work in holistic Natural health care, or did you do
something else first?
For many years I worked in corporate America in training and advertising. Energy healing was more of a hobby. When my oldest daughter was 1.5 years old, she had food sensitivities and I brought her to Heights of Health for help. Not only was her life transformed, mine was too. I joke that I made Tracy hire me but in reality, it was my child's need that brought me to the path I was to follow.
“What do you enjoy most about being a Natural Health Practitioner?”
I absolutely love connecting with people and helping them shift negative patterns. The level of Mind Body Spirit Release® that I practice is intentionally-focused and I enjoy listening to people's issues and weaving it into an intention so I can help their subconscious create a framework to release emotional blocks.
“What do you like to do to relax outside of work?”
So much! I really like doing things to relax. I love to ride bikes, do Pilates, hike, and garden. I love going to see live music and spending time with friends.
“What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?”
I did the Canadian Half-Ironman, and I took hula-hooping lessons along with my children.
“Are there any health habits you personally try to prioritize, even with a busy schedule?”
I always make time for exercise - always. I love it and slightly crazy without it. My other priority is breathwork. I do some simple breathing exercises daily so I can try to be calm and collected throughout the day.
"What is one habit you see the most in people that you wish they could change?"
Negative talk - or looking at what they didn't do or couldn't do. I am a firm believer in what you focus on grows, so if you only focus on the negative, it will become a bigger part of your life. Focus on the positive, even if it is a small amount of your daily life and one day it won't be.
What area of your work are you most passionate about right now?
I absolutely love Mind Body Spirit Release® and love to facilitate clearings; they make such a difference in people’s progress! I love to see it being incorporated into other practices at Heights of Health and in Holistic Therapy. It works so well with what we teach in the Academy to practitioners about addressing the emotional side of physical health. Do you have any tips for the following:
1. Most common easily fixed solution you see when people first come to see you.
Drinking more water. If people are coming to Heights of Health for whatever reason, almost everyone needs to increase their water intake.
2. Most common mistake/omission you see people making in your practice.
People are not taking time to do some simple exercises to regulate their nervous system.
3. What you find yourself saying over and over again to clients.
One thing I always say to clients is "I am helping you lessen the emotional impact on your nervous system." Meaning ‘I am helping create space within you so you can better deal with, process, and overcome emotions that in the past have overwhelmed you’.
