Tracy’s Tips… on Gratitude
  1. Let Calgon™ take you away! Truthfully, I don’t even know if that stuff is still sold, but taking an Epsom salt bath is an even better – and more natural – option to melt away your stress. Epsom salts are made from magnesium, the stress-depleting mineral, and they relax muscles with the added bonus of detoxing the body.  Add some calming essential oils like lavender, chamomile, ylang ylang, bergamot, frankincense or lemongrass, dim the lights and put on a bit of relaxing music… you can’t go wrong!  Make sure that you rinse off after your bath, though, so the toxins are not reabsorbed.

  2. Stop and Smell the Flowers… Or, better yet, take them. Flower Essences are amazing for helping balance most any emotional issue. They are safe enough to give to your kids and your pets, too. Add to the water and, voila, peace and calm.  Fields of Flowers is my favorite because you do not need to know which essence to use, it contains all of them.  Easy, peasy.

  3. Get out of your (subconscious) mind. 95% of our actions come from our subconscious minds.  We have so many triggers for stress that elicit emotional responses, most of which we are unaware.  These responses, in turn, direct our actions.  This often leads to poor decision making, even more stress, and, consequently, less gratitude.  To help you glide through the holidays, and life in general, consider Mind Body Release™, a proprietary technique that helps identify subconscious belief patterns and replace them with supportive and health-promoting belief systems.  This is a perfect time of year to give your subconscious an overhaul.   Our wonderful practitioner Laura is offering a special for an MBR™ initial to help you breeze through the holidays.

  4. Find Your Balance… Another great service we provide to help all of us move through the holidays with grace, ease, and gratitude is Energy Balancing and HealingCheryl Hensley, HHP, our Reiki Master, creates a wonderful refuge with her unique approach to balancing the chakras and clearing emotional blocks.  Take time this season to let Cheryl keep you balanced and in a state of gratitude.

  5. Take 28 days to refocus…. One of my favorite books about gratitude is called The Magic by Rhonda Byrne. It takes you through a month of easy exercises to help shift your focus to that of gratitude.  It is truly life-transforming.
