(UPDATED) Detoxing from the COVID-19 Spike Protein: The Whys and Hows

Detoxing from the COVID-19 Spike Protein

Whether you have had the shot or been sick with the virus, you might want to consider a spike protein detox. The spike proteins that I am referring to are the spiny protrusions on the virus images with which we are all too familiar. It is a part of the structure that plays a key role in helping the virus enter your body’s cells during a natural infection. However, in people who have received the jab, it is what the mRNA instructs the body to make within the cells in the hopes of producing antibodies to the spike protein.

Unfortunately, many scientists have been finding that, in both cases, the spike proteins can continue to circulate in the body (in severe cases, called Long Covid) causing damage to tissues and cells. In a Japanese biodistribution study, researchers found that vaccine particles from the most popular jab were found in high concentrations in the ovaries, liver, adrenals, spleen, and bone marrow 48 hours post-injection. The spike protein also can cause dangerous inflammation and clotting wherever it accumulates in the body, as explained in this great video by Dr. Peter McCullough, the most published cardiology and Covid expert.

Some of the most common results of this damage that I have seen lately are blood clotting concerns, brain fog, fatigue, liver toxicity, menstrual irregularities (including bleeding after menopause or introduction of menopause), body aches, and pains (sometimes crippling), and immune dysfunction.

All that said, how do we move these dangerous proteins out of the body? Emerging research and the clinical experience of many medical doctors and health practitioners is helping us to learn how we can move these buggers out more quickly and allow the body to heal. Below is a list of some of my favorite tools to help us all do just that. I recommend discussing your individual situation with your practitioner so that she can help you with your specific needs.

To increase energy for detox and healing:

  • BC-ATP - my favorite for increasing ATP production

  • CT Minerals

  • Ultimate Cellular Health*

To neutralize and/or move the spike protein out:

  • NAC* (precursor to glutathione – detox and strong antioxidant) – up to 600 mg, twice daily on an empty stomach.

  • Vitamin C (take to “bowel tolerance,” meaning, keep increasing dosage until you have gas or loose stools)

  • Vitamin D (with K) - 5000IU or more, check levels every few months. Most holistic doctors recommend blood levels of 60-80ng/ml

  • Zinc - 40 mg is sufficient for most people. (Supports immune function and stops viral replication)

  • Quercetin* – 500mg/day (Helps shuttle zinc into the cells. Avoid with calcium channel blockers, estradiol, and immune suppressive drugs)

  • Black Cumin Seed Oil – 1 tsp per day (for inflammation and immune balance)

  • Nattokinase/Lumbrokinase/Serratiopeptidase – on an empty stomach, as directed (Breaks down fibrin in clots, avoid if you are on blood thinners). These enzymes can be found in Natto*, VeganZyme* and Cardio Support*

  • New: Cardio Support* – Our newest product to help break down blood clots, detoxify and heal the cardiovascular system

  • Resveratrol/Pine Bark – powerful antioxidants for the vascular system.

Add some of these teas to your routine:

  • Pine Needle

  • Start Anise

  • Fennel

  • Dandelion

  • Green Tea

  • Jasmine

  • Detox Tea by Pukka Herbs

Include these spices and herbs in your diet:

  • Sage

  • Black Pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Bay Leaves

  • Nutmeg

  • Anise

  • Cinnamon

Consider these detox Techniques:

  • New: Detox Footpads* – This is a great way to detox while you sleep. I recommend 1-2 times per week.

  • Detox Baths (Epsom Salts, Himalayan Sea Salt, Clay, etc.)

  • Dry Skin Brushing

  • Castor Oil Packs – We carry a great re-usable organic set.

  • Grounding (spending time barefoot in the grass or on sand)

  • Breathwork (you detox through your lungs, this is a great way to support that)
